Weekend with Gardner

One of our teacher friends fled for the exciting life of graduate school at the end of last year. He came back to visit us during the fall long weekend break. We had a great time over the past four days. Spent some time in Madison, Milwaukee, and of course Beaver Dam. Went and saw "The Departed." It was pretty good. Since I haven't seen a movie in a while I'm not sure if I liked it because it was good or I liked it because I haven't seen a movie in a while. I think it's more of the former than the later. Milwaukee was fun too. This makes two weekends in a row that I've hung out there. After exploring some of the cool downtown places, we headed a bit north to check out a few more places. One area reminded me a little of Ypsi (Ypsilanti, Mi).
